My wish for her

She smiles and beams, Wears her heart on her sleeve She is warm, kind and open, But inside she feels broken She wants to heal And to genuinely feel That she is worthy of the love she gives And to all those who hurt her, that she forgives. To move past her pain To break all the chains To end the toxic cycle To do what is vital To build her life To manage the strife To be clear on all her fears And minimise the pain that’s always brought her to tears. She will get there in time A slow , steady pace is fine. With peace, love and serenity She will find her identity.
